A platform for strata councils to keep track of owner/resident concerns and issues. Removes the chance of things getting lost during a council transition.

Forum posts are checked for content using AWS Sagemaker AI to verify written reviews as well as images uploaded. Sentiment analysis and topic extraction are done against complaints to identify relevant tags. Generative AI helps council generate notices.
